Shipping Policy

All items are produced using our pre-order model, meaning your piece is made especially for you once the pre-order window closes. Please review the timelines below to understand how long your order will take from production to delivery.

Production Timeline (Pre-Orders)

After the pre-order window closes, please allow:

3–4 weeks for manufacturing

3–5 days for quality checking, packing, and shipment

Once your item has passed our final QC stage, it is shipped immediately.

Domestic Shipping (Australia)

Once production is complete and your order has been packaged, domestic deliveries typically take 3–7 days to arrive. We handle each order with care to ensure your pieces arrive in perfect condition.

 International Shipping

International delivery times vary depending on your location and the carrier used.
After the manufacturing period and 3–7 day QC/packing period, your order will be dispatched and then delivered according to your country’s standard postal timeline.

Please allow additional time for customs processing if applicable.

Order Confirmation

You will receive a confirmation email after placing your order, as well as a notification once your order has shipped.
If you have not received your confirmation email within 24 hours, please check your Spam, Junk, or Promotions folder.

Refunds & Cancellations 


Orders may be cancelled for a full refund at any time before production begins. Once production has started, all pre-order purchases are considered final and cannot be cancelled or refunded.

Customers will be notified of the estimated production start date once it has been confirmed.

We want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, eligible items may be returned under the following conditions:

Items must be in their original, unworn condition

All tags and original packaging must be intact

Proof of purchase is required

To initiate a return, please contact saashay@ivrysyvlen.com with your order number and a brief description of your request. Once your return is reviewed and approved, you will receive instructions for returning your item.

Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, a refund will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

Please note:

We do not offer exchanges

If you require a different size or item, a new order may be placed after your refund is processed

Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery
